Once you have purchased please send three pictures of your choice to hi@jessdewahls.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible, confirming that they are suitable or whether we need to find alternatives.

Please do let me know any special requirements for completion time (eg someone’s birthday). Usually it will take 4-6 weeks to complete all three sketches and get them to you. 

Please be advised recorded shipping is recommended, as the standard option won’t be trackable or insured and in the case of loss or damage I won’t be able to refund you.

There is a strict no cancellation policy in place, as each order is custom-made.
