No refunds are given on lost orders sent via standard mail/airmail.
I encourage you to choose the delivery/postage upgrade to tracked/registered mail. I will consider the refund if proven lost by the mailing services, however I cannot be held responsible if you choose a non-tracked postal option.
Each item is securely wrapped to avoid damage. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged please take photos of the damaged state so we can claim compensation. In these cases returns are accepted within 5 working days of receipt of items and replacement shipping will be paid by me.
Unfortunately I don't accept returns if you just don't like the item or changed your mind.
