Once you have purchased the Thread Sketch please send a picture of your choice to hi@jessdewahls.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible, confirming whether the picture is suitable or whether we need to find a different one.

Please do let me know any special requirements for completion time (eg someone’s birthday). Usually it will take 2-3 weeks to complete the sketch and get it to you.

Please be advised recorded shipping is recommended, as the standard option won’t be trackable or insured and in the case of loss or damage I won’t be able to refund you.

There is a strict no cancellation policy in place, as each order is custom-made.
